7 Creative ways to style THIS vest! (November sewing pattern)

Hey everyone, Raven Maureen, here! November's sewing pattern is live! And I know you might be asking yourself just how to style this cute vest.

This pattern includes a jewel collar, fitted, lined vest with 6 buttons. In short, it's not your average v-neck vest. Mimi is seen wearing it with flare jeans, but there's so many other ways to style it up!

I've collected a few different styles for inspo to help YOU!

First up, just like Mimi, this model is wearing jeans, too. Except these are a looser fit, wide leg and full length that also works well this with the vest.

So this one is a bit of a hack! But notice that the model's vest is denim. There's no reason not to try sewing this vest in denim and pair it with MORE denim on the bottom or any other color!

I love how this vest is elevated for an evening event. The trench and slip skirt absolutely take this from casual daytime to an evening ensemble. I also love that the trench can be layered for cooler temps!

Another great combo! Mixing this vest with a denim skirt.

These next two examples are a bit elevated and perfect for work! The vest is paired with a wide leg trouser and a skinny leg trouser, plus a belt. I feel like the belt adds a nice touch to both styles.

And finally, another hack of sorts. This time with boucle! I love the texture of the boucle and how it's paired with a matching skirt. This is possibly my favorite style combination out of all of them! It's giving "Church on Easter, Spring wedding guest, brunch vibes" in the best kind of way!
